Meet Koreena

  • “Actions speak louder than words” and “You’re only as good as your word” are core phrases I grew up with. To be committed is to be dependable, reliable, and grounded.

No matter what our work together might look like, you can trust that I’ll follow through.

  • To approach, and receive approach, with curiosity and suspended judgement.

I’m a naturally curious person— professionally, it means I’m a thorough, knowledgeable, and creative contributor who is more interested in arriving at truth than being the loudest or most stubbornly “correct” voice. Personally, it means I’m a trusted confidante among those closest to me and regularly fuel my own reflection and growth.

  • I believe that creativity is the art of applied curiosity.

Creativity is what allows me to apply systems thinking and emotional intelligence simultaneously, creating a people-centered approach to strategy, operations, and data integration.

  • Intentional, inclusive engagement.

It’s more important to me that all stakeholders feel included and invested in a final decision/path forward than it is to simply progress forward. I lead with consensus in mind— it’s a key support pillar often overlooked when managing through change.

  • Being in-tune with my environment and those around me.

I am constantly reflecting. Processing information from multiple perspectives, openly questioning where something could be built or scaled in a better way. My drive to reflect drives my commitment to continuous improvement.

I’m a PMP-certified operations, project, and program management leader with 10+ years of experience improving systems, driving data-informed decisions, and leading cross-functional teams and initiatives in non-profit environments.

Where traditional project professionals manage the triple constraint of project scope, cost, and timeline toward project completion, I manage the triple constraint of strategy, operations, and data toward sustainable business growth and success.

I believe it’s every generation’s responsibility to leave the world better than they found it. One way I uphold that responsibility is by bringing my skills to mission-driven organizations doing exactly that— together, we can amplify and grow impact for those who come after us.
